Shipping
We ship from Thailand within 3-5 business days after payment is cleared. Thai international shipping is very good, fast, reliable and you will be able to track your shipment in Thailand and potentially in your country once it arrives. (United States does, and others as well).
International orders take approximately 15-20 working days or sooner depending on the destination
Shipping Costs
- Thailand: FREE shipping
- International Shipping: 12 USD per package, free from 100$; upgrade to DHL express shipping: additional 6 USD
International Orders & Customs:
For international orders we have never seen a country charge customs fees on our packages, but if this were to happen the buyer is responsible for those charges.
All customs and import taxes levied on orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not of Lahlay Clothing. All items are shipped from Thailand and any potential buyer should evaluate beforehand if they will have goods held by their local customs or post office.
Furthermore, it is not the responsibility of Lahlay Clothing to contact foreign customs agencies or post offices. Our job is to deliver the package to the correct local post office, we have no control over government agencies and the customer as the local resident is better suited to resolve these issues.

Refunds and Returns
All our pants are handmade making each item unique. Small holes on the seam are normal due to the sarong fabrics we use and are not a reason for a refund as they will disappear after the first wash..
If you have a major defect or a problem with your item you can either return it for a full refund within 30 days (see policy below) or you can send us a photo of the problem to hello@lahlay.com and request a replacement.
As long as you make the request within 30 days of receiving your order and the photo shows the defect we’ll send you a replacement pair free of charge. In all other cases, return fees will be borne by the customer.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to these conditions:
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 4 days of purchase
In general our pants are eligible for returns up to 14 days past delivery as long as they are returned in like new condition. Return fees and our shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
There is no return possibility for Items on Sale!
